The Southbridge Police Department introduced their four newest police officers on Facebook last week:

Thank God a basic white chick from West Boylston showed up to lecture everyone about diversity in the police force!!

I miss Jen Roy. Wonder who she’s imaginary suing these days. What would we ever do without basic white chicks who check our privilege like this??
Keep in mind, according to the census data, the town of Southbridge is 71% white, 26% Latino, and less than 1% black. So a recruit class in which three out of four are white, and the other is Latino, is almost an exact representation of the overall demographics of the town.
Nevertheless, a white chick has spoken. And suburban white chicks with a social justice agenda are way smarter than everyone else. Obviously what happened here is the SPD turned down several more qualified black recruits because they are racist. No other logical conclusion can be reached besides that. And as she pointed out, 0% of the recruits were black or female:
And with a sample size of 4, you know the data is reliable.
And just for what it’s worth, the police should be the last organization on earth to give a shit about diversity. Ya know who I want policing my town or city? People who can take down bad guys. That’s it. I don’t care if you have a vagina between your legs, nor do I care about the color of your skin. But, according to a basic white chick named Alicia, this makes Turtleboy a bigot. Because if a male cop can run down a dangerous criminal faster than a female cop, then I want the male cop out there. Ya know, because I don’t wanna die.
So what can we do to get more black cops? Because apparently Latino cops aren’t dark enough for her.
So let me get this straight. We need to encourage people to become cops? Shouldn’t that be a job where people, ya know, show some initiative and actually apply for the job themselves? Nah, we should be begging people who are lukewarm about a career in law enforcement to protect and serve us when there’s already a line of able bodied people who would love to be a cop.
Oh, and for what it’s worth, counties that have actively tried to recruit more minorities have generally had no success. For one, some police departments require a college degree. However, according to SJWs, this is a “barrier to entry,” and the police are “excluding certain populations and preventing diversity.” In other words, time to lower the bar!! Because the police are one area where we should be lowering the bar. Safety doesn’t matter. Diversity matters.
Others have offered free test-preparation classes and study guides, as well as recruiting applicants at job fairs, in colleges and high schools. But the problem is that when candidates take the test, candidates are selected based on test scores, and thus they don’t know if they’re filling their diversity quotas. And merit based tests are racist!!
She then shared some of her ideas about how to recruit more minorities to the SPD:

According to Alicia, we need more diversity because “police departments are notoriously sexist work environments,” and something about institutional racism and patriarchy:

She’s an expert on why women and people of color aren’t taking the civil service exam for Southbridge though. She has lots of experience reading articles on Slate and the Huffington Post. Plus she used a hashtag. Sure, working as a police officer means you’ll get a pension, a comfortable-enough middle class lifestyle, and comparatively good job security. But none of those things are appealing enough to women because…..patriarchy.
She can “guarantee the number of Hispanic women represented on the force doesn’t come close to their actual representation in the community.” Because this is what matters when it comes to protecting and service our community. The amount of Latina women. It’s not enough that the department, which can’t be that big and thus wouldn’t have a large enough sample size to draw any conclusions about, appears to be have no shortage of minority officers:
But those are MALE minority officers. We need females. And how many of them are transgender or non-binary non-conforming femmes? Probably zero!!!
Anyway, the funniest part about this chick is that people like her are the reason Donald Trump is President. Not just because everyone hates them and voted for Trump in order to spite her. But also because she apparently voted for Jill Stein:
And there wasn’t a single Jill Stein supporter who ever considered voting for Trump. But there were plenty who normally would vote democrat, but chose to stick to their principals and NOT vote for Hillary this time around.
