Turtleboy Sports has been working on a story for the last week about the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District. If you thought Melinda Boone and Tracy Novick were bad, wait until you meet Tracy Crowe and Kevin Hayes. I can honestly say that the state of the SEBRSD is a million times worse than Worcester. And there’s no excuse for it because the population is minimal and problems should be much easier to control. Unlike Worcester the problems do not revolve around safety or data. In this district the biggest problems revolve around money and power. Consequently the students at David Prouty Regional High School are the ones who suffer. We will write more about this in the coming days, but just to give you a quick glimpse as to the problems, this is an AP Psychology textbook that is currently in use at the school:

As a result at David Prouty this year there is no cheerleading team, no show choir or countless other arts programs, no full time athletic director, and they are the only school in the state without a student council. And it’s all because adults are going out of their way to screw kids over. It’s the most blatant case of good and evil you will ever see, and the kids are finally doing something about it. Last night they showed up in full force at the School Committee meeting:
And after being silenced there they were left with no choice but to partake in the ultimate American act of defiance – civil disobedience. As we write this there is an active walkout in the high school. Students have left their classes since the beginning of the day and are refusing to leave the gym.
The butthurts, like known criminal Kevin Ksen, who is on trial for illegally blockading Kelley Square, think Turtleboy is being hypocritical:
Oh I see. So the kids are white and live in the suburbs, therefore they don’t have a reason to protest. Newsflash – unlike you idiots who blockaded Kelley Square and strapped yourselves to concrete barrels on I-93, these kids actually have a reason to protest. People like Kevin Ksen protest because it’s the only thing they know how to do.
Hippies like Kevin Ksen don’t need to protest and they certainly don’t have a good reason to. Michael Brown got shot because he tried to take a gun from a cop. These kids haven’t tried to take a gun from anyone. They just want to have the ability to learn. God forbid!!!
They’re also not hurting anyone else. Kevin Ksen blocked an ambulance from getting through Kelley Square and hurt children’s ear drums while he stood by looking like that guy your teachers warned you not to get in the van with:
So while they blocked ambulances, nearly caused a riot, and denied people the freedom to travel, David Prouty kids are sitting in a gym doing their homework:
Oh yea, and guess who’s not at work at work today? That would be superintendent Dr. Tracy Crowe, who knew that this protest would take place today. How convenient. As I said, we will have more coming out on this in the coming days, but as for now we stand with those kids in the gym right now. They have a right to an adequate education and it is being stolen from them. This is the only way they can voice their disapproval. Unlike the protesters at places like Missouri and Yale, these kids do NOT come from privilege and they have actual objectives and goals. Yes, they are mostly white. But unlike Jonathan Butler, their parents didn’t make $8.4 million last year. This is something that is ACTUALLY worth protesting for.

Ignorance……There have been plenty of crimes where Hispanic, African, Asian, Armenian ext. Have assaulted other people of all races. I don’t walk up the street starting a “white lives matter match” because it’s ignorant and racist. It should be illegal to specify a race/color. Start a March about that and let these kids be proud of what they do. This is hopefully a group that will make our world better as they continue through college. Don’t be ignorant, be the impartial solution.

I went to Prouty way back in the 90’s and even then we had Black kids, can’t imagine it’s much different now – just an FYI for all the whiners whining about “white kids in the suburbs.” Is it as many as Worcester? No, but it’s not all white, and ALL KIDS MATTER.
They will just tell the townspeople that they need to a two and a half override or else they can’t afford these programs for the children.
