Former Spencer Cop And Convicted Rapist Living Next Door To Victim After Being Arrested For Punching The Clown In Her Window And A Judge Let Him Go Free

Here’s a fucked up story out of Spencer:

So we looked into this guy and look what comes up first on the Google machine:

A level 3 sex offender was arrested in Spencer Tuesday after he allegedly called out to a woman living near him on May Street, then began masturbating when she looked up. John F. Cote Jr., 47, of 17 May St., Apt. 2, Spencer, is a former part-time Spencer police officer who lost his job in 1998 after he was found guilty of rape, indecent assault and battery on a person more than 14 years old and open and gross lewdness. 

In the case this week, he was charged with open and gross lewdness, disorderly conduct and annoying or accosting a person of the opposite sex after the alleged victim told police that at about 8 a.m., she was on her porch when she heard a man say, “You’re so hot.” A few minutes later the same voice said, “You’re so sexy,” and she looked around to see Mr. Cote, naked in front of an open window about 60 feet away, a police report states.

Yup, he’s a former part-time cop, a convicted rapist, and a registered Level 3 sex offender:

So how much jail time would you expect someone to get who has already proven that they are an imminent threat to rape women, when that person is arrested for masturbating outside of a woman’s window?

The answer of course is……

NO JAIL TIME!!!! Ya got that? He lives across the street from this woman and her children, and he gets caught masturbating naked in their window, he’s already been convicted of RAPE, and somehow he gets off with probation. And shockingly now he is stalking her once again, sitting outside of her house, just waiting to rape his next victim. 

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts does not give a shit about women or children. They’ve shown this time and time again. Thanks to SJWs who whine about sending criminals to prison where they belong, we have all these activist judges who let these predators walk amongst us when they have the power to put them away. 

So who the hell is the judge? That would be Deval Patrick appointee Maura McCarthy out of East Brookfield:

Has anyone done more harm to the safety of people in this state than Deval Patrick? We are going to be feeling the affects of this for the next 30 years until these series of idiot judges finally retire.

Not this judge’s first time being lenient with sexual offenders either. Last year we blogged about some diddler named Richard Leonard, who was arrested for….

The alleged victim told investigators the assaults started when she was 11 years old, and continued sporadically until March of this year, when she confided in an adult. Mr. Leonard allegedly showed her his penis, touched her inappropriately and once tried to remove her pants. The alleged assaults took place at his home. Mr. Leonard, according to the police report, told police in a telephone conversation from the mental health facility that he “wanted to make things right.”

And what was his bail? NOTHING!! He was released on personal recognizance. Because that’s what judge McCarthy likes to do – release dangerous sexual predators back into the wild.

Back when John Cote Jr. was a Spencer cop the entire town’s police force was infamous for being corrupt. They were so bad that the state had to take over. And guess who was the worst of the bunch?

Then after serving five years in prison for the rape conviction her was released and quickly arrested again for a DUI:

A former police officer who served time for rape was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he allegedly knocked down several orange cones along Route 9 and he was seen by officers who were directing traffic through a construction zone. John F. Cote Jr., 38, of 17 May St., was stopped after motorists called police from their cellular telephones to report a Dodge Ram pickup truck swerving in and out of its lane and taking down the cones.

Four years later in 2010 he once again was arrested for OUI. 

Luckily for him he got another slap on the wrist and no jail time. Yea, let’s keep him on the streets. What could possibly go wrong?

This poor lady living across the street from him has to sit in fear and wonder if he’s going to harm her or her children. Legally there’s nothing that can be done about it, and the Spencer Police can only do what the law allows them to do. But she’s only in this position in the first place because a gutless Deval Patrick judge with a bleeding heart wanted to give a sexual predator ANOTHER chance at redemption.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – politicians care more about words than they do about actual violence towards women and children. You can rape a woman, jack off in her window, and drive drunk a million times, and no one cares. But God forbid you use the wrong gender pronoun, or appropriate someone else’s culture, or say, “all lives matter.” Then you’re a bigot for life and it will follow you around with you wherever you go. People love to “expose” Turtleboy and go after our advertisers. But for what? Exposing pieces of shit like this and the judges who enable them? We apologize for nothing and promise to keep bringing these maggots to the light one by one.
