This story from the Yarmouth Police Department is absolutely amazing:
A Hyannis man who has been a fugitive since he was indicted in April 2016 was arrested yesterday in connection with drug trafficking charges. Shaun Miller, 31, of Hyannis, Mass., was arrested yesterday in South Yarmouth, Mass. Miller was detained pending a detention hearing in U.S. District Court in Boston scheduled for Aug. 31, 2016. In April 2016, Miller was charged in an indictment with Denzel Chisholm, Brooke Cottel and others with possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
As alleged during the arraignment today, on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, law enforcement officers surrounded a residence in South Yarmouth where Miller was believed to be staying. Officers ordered Miller out of the residence and Miller, disguised as an elderly man, walked outside. Upon further investigation, officers determined that the “elderly man” was in fact Miller, and at that point, officers pulled off Miller’s realistic disguise and placed him under arrest. A subsequent search of the residence revealed two loaded weapons hidden in a laundry basket and nearly $30,000 in cash.
Wow. Usually I’m thrilled to see scumbags like this get locked up. But I gotta admit, this kind of makes me root for him a little bit. Most criminals are dumb, but this is a stroke of genius. And how bout the dedication that’s required to pull this one off? Never mind the realistic mask and makeup he somehow acquired. But did he wear the mask out when he went to the store or drove anywhere around town? And then how bout the fact that he actually came out of the house dressed like the old guy with the cops surrounding the joint? Brass balls on this genius. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good that he got caught. But if there’s one criminal that deserved to get away it was this guy.
Also have to have to give credit where credit is due to the cops. Never in my wildest dreams would I have seen through this guy’s scheme. I don’t care what you say – that guy looks exactly like the shady elderly man who gets spoken to for parking outside of every Chuck E. Cheese everywhere.
He’s even got those old man splots all over his head. He just needed some rotted teeth and more hair coming out of his ears.
Anyway, this proves once again that Cape Cod has turned to shit. Once the South Shore’s finest found out that they don’t have to pay a toll to cross bridge they started invading that place like flies. And they always head down to Hyannis and Yarmouth. Like a magnet. That’s why if you wanna experience the REAL cape, you have to go past Dennis. Everything before that is just Brockton by the Sea.

Thought he was the Jackal.
Hilarious disguise! They should’ve let him go just for trying!!
Looks like he has the whitey Bulger starter kit on.
Not as good as my disguise, but I give him credit, that’s an awesome makeup job. I too wonder if he lived his life like an old man… He probably had it good. People opened doors for him and let him have their seat on a bus… ect. Living the life!
Glad he’s going off to jail, but to go through all that and not take advantage of the senior coffee at McDonalds or an early bird special at the local mom and pop restaurant once or twice would be a complete waste of his effort.
