Everyone and their mother has been talking about this ass wipe:
His name is Brock Turner, and as you can see he is a convicted rapist. I feel like everyone knows about this turdlinger, but if you’re not then here’s a quick rundown:
The 20 year old Stanford University star swimmer guided an overintoxicated woman out of a party and, when she passed out, dumped her on the ground behind a dumpster, lifted her skirt, removed her underwear, lifted her shirt, exposed her breasts, digitally penetrated her, and was humping her mostly-naked body when two bicyclists spotted him and stopped the assault. For that crime, he will spend six months in jail and, upon his release, register as a sex offender.
The judge’s rationale for this lame ass non-punishment was that he didn’t wanna ruin the kid’s life. And for anyone who says that this is white privilige or some bullshit like that, please stop. Jorge Zambrano, and the countless criminals in Massachusetts who have gotten a million chances, are quite often not white. This isn’t white privilege, it’s just another example of activist judges thinking more about the criminal’s well being than they do about the victims. It’s an epidemic and it needs to end.
Then to make matters worse his father read this letter to the court, urging leniency:
“His life will never be the one that he dreamed about and worked so hard to achieve,” Dan A. Turner wrote in the letter asking for probation. “That is a steep price to pay for 20 minutes of action out of his 20 plus years of life.”
Turner’s father wrote that “the fact that he now has to register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life alters where he can live, visit, work, and how he will be able to interact with people and organizations.”
Dad is getting a lot of shit for this and rightfully so. By saying that it’s a “steep price to pay for 2o minutes of action,” he’s viewing those 20 minutes from his son’s perspective instead of the victim’s perspective. Had she been conscious for those 20 minutes they probably would’ve seemed like a lot longer than that. And she’ll be haunted by it the rest of her life. But at the same time, it’s his Dad. Obviously your father is gonna have your back if he loves you. His love of his son blinds him to the facts and reality.
However, let’s not downplay the fact that registering as a sex offender FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, at least let’s the victim know that a small piece of justice has been served. It’s kind of a big deal to have that follow you around forever. If he ever has kids he will never be allowed to go to any of their soccer games. Of course he most likely won’t have kids because it’s probably hard to have a normal girlfriend when she can Google you and find out that you’re a sex offender. It ain’t jail, but at least he didn’t completely get away with it.
And no, this is not an example of some sort of gray area of consent. The girl was passed out. It takes a sick individual to want to have sex with a passed out corpse. Obviously this kid is a loser on the swim team and he probably never gets laid
so this was the closest he could come. Unfortunately for him it’s against the law.
Our biggest problem is when people who haven’t been raped, claim that they have been. It’s a slap in the face to the real victims like this woman who were brave enough to testify and face vicious cross examination in front of their rapists. For instance remember Jennie Chenkin? She’s the Rachel Maddow doppleganger who showed up with Trigglypuff,
to harass, shout over, and swear at three speakers at UMass
because she had a different opinion than them. Then she wrote this 2,000 word email, whining about how she was the one being bullied that night. She’s the real victim.

She also threatened the girl who taped Trigglypuff’s legendary video with a lawsuit, for taping her while she shouted, “fuck you” and “get your hate speech off of this campus.”
Well this whole Brock Turner thing has made Jennie Chenkin really upset and triggered her, because she just remembered that she was also raped:

https://twitter.com/jayylmao__/status/740240614600642560
If you’re wondering why the tweets all appear twice, it’s because she’s literally responding to herself on Twitter. No one else is liking or retweeting. She’s just having a conversation with herself about that time she was allegedly raped, but didn’t realize she was raped.
And before you start saying “Turtleboy, you don’t know that she’s lying.” The girl has a well documented history of lying. Seriously, go back and Google “Jennie Chenkin Turtleboy.” We’ve written about her more times than anyone not named Kevin Hayes, Tracy Novick, or Ti-Ti Ho. She’s a narcistic, attention seeking troglodyte, who doesn’t know how to do anything except make herself a victim.
And the worst part about her is that she is actually trying to equate herself to the woman who was REALLY raped by Brock Turner:
https://twitter.com/jayylmao__/status/740240779604529152
“This is about all of us.” In other words, you went through EXACTLY what I went through. They were equal. Sure. you’re completely traumatized, and were covered in bruises and bleeding everywhere. But Jennie had sex when she was 14 and just realized that she was raped. It’s basically the same exact thing.
Bottom line is Brock Turner is a dirtbag who will eventually get his, and Jennie Chenkin and people like her make it harder for real victims to come forward when they are raped. They both suck.

Jennie Chenkin can come forward with all her personal info, or I can, lel. Her social security number is 141-83-1917, her driver’s license is c2151 08637 12912, and you can wish her a happy birthday on September 14, 1994.
The guy is a scumbag no doubt but fyi, just because he’s a sex offender does not mean he can’t go to his kids sports games- fact.
Hate to say it, but legalize rape and a lot of these problems go away.
Legalize rape? That’s called Sharia Law.
Moron.
KJDS, you can’t reason with stupid!
Can’t rape the willing! You first, I have this new strap on I want to try. It comes complete with razor blades on the shaft! Feeling risky?
Jennie is a sicko. Wanting so so bad to be a victim,of something, anything. The hoax of “rape culture”?
“I thought something was just inherently wrong with me….”
You were right, Jennie!! There is.
There isn’t enough bags on this planet.
Brock Turner was 100% in the wrong.
I am, in no way, defending rapists, but, you know what else is rape culture, Jenny? Women who cry rape after a regretful or unfulfilling sexual experience. The fact that women can point a finger at a man and claim he raped her, and the man is instantly the villain is rape culture.
the latter sentence is true, however in this case it dosent fly. what kind of miserable man takes gratification on a comatose helpless woman?a low life p.o.s.
Oh, you’re totally correct. My second sentence was not a condemnation of the victim in the Turner case (or even really related to the Turner case), but was, instead, a rebuttal to Jenny’s idea that rape culture is all about men making women feel that rape is our cross to bear alone.
***Let me add my disclaimer as well. This Brock Turner kid is a scumbag and i am not defending him or any other legitimate rapist. ***
Back in the mid 90’s i shared an apartment with 3 other people while attending UMass Amherst. One night we were having a small party and one of my roommates was getting close to one of the girls that showed up. When they started groping each other on the couch, we politely interrupted and told them to get a room or something. They were both drunk as were the rest of us but at that point she was still very much in control of herself, got up and followed him into his bedroom all on her own.
About 10 minutes later he walks out of the room wearing only a pair of shorts, closing the bedroom door behind him and said that they continued to make out on the bed, and he had gotten as far as taking off her shirt (not her bra or pants or anything else) but when they laid back on the bed, she got the spins and passed out so he got up and left. We pointed out that if she has the spins, she may barf so he may want to get her a bucket. He gave her the trash can out of the bathroom and my girlfriend brought her a glass of water and covered her with the blanket on the bed. He allowed her to sleep on his bed in his room all night and pulled up a nice piece of carpet on the floor in the living room (both couches had been claimed).
About 8AM, the entire house is woken by this stupid girl screaming about not having a shirt on etc. etc. etc. She couldn’t even remember which guy she was trying to hook up with so started calling everyone a rapist and screaming about everything until my girlfriend got her to calm down and explained exactly what happened. She then collected her shoes and purse and left with out saying a word. No apology or thank you to anyone and no one ever saw or heard from her again. That was the end of the story.
I fear that if this happened today, instead of 20 years ago, it would not have been the end of the story. Today she would call the police, my roommate would have been charged and kicked out of school, she would be creating a viral social media post and he would be convicted before a trial even begins. Now with all of the witnesses, i am sure he would be found not guilty but by that time the damage is already done. His life would have already been ruined.
Really? Does she not realize that she is insulting real victims of traumatic rape by saying these things? Real victims don’t want to hear your bullshit, Jennie. Trust me on this one.
That’s slunt is just a perpetual victim, huh? How miserable is that little douchewaffle’s life?
EVERYTHING OFFENDS ME! What a whiney little bitch. Typical feminist, miserable at the world.
This is what white privilege looks like…black lives matter
@tyrese I don’t think this is necessarily white privilege as much as it is a former Stanford alum (the judge) helping out another affluent Stanford student. The wealthy look after their own and that’s facts, Jack. I’ll tell you something else: I’ll bet you what that the judge’s bank accounts are now being monitored for large deposits / suspicious activity. Getting back to the race thing: you know, it’s funny, I’m not naïve enough to not realize that racism and white privilege isn’t out there, because it is, but I always say racists see everything in color. Take you, for example: this terrible thing happens, an even worse decision is handed down and the first thing you resort to is race. A subjective interpretation of a terrible ruling from a judge and race is your go-to. Incredible. Can you tell me why African Americans make up 15% of the population but account for over 50% of the nation’s crime? Why is that? Racist police, I bet, huh? Everyone just out to hold the black man down, huh? Fuck outta here with that shit. Again: I’m not saying it doesn’t exist. It does. But how about this: stop being a fucking pussy, grab your hard hat and lunch pail, pull yourself up by your fucking bootstraps, get up, get out and get some. Make it happen. So sick and tired of the fucking victim card.
Jenny Chenkin was probably taken in the middle of the night and had all kinds of experiments conducted on her whilst she lay helpless. That’s alien abduction culture.
Know the difference, Jenny!
Just a fun fact to share with turtle riders. If you swap out the first letters of her name, you come up with Chennie Jenkin. Jenkin is a slang term for a concoction made from piss and shit that apparently you can get high from huffing. This may explain the brain damage that she and trigglypuff exhibit.
Ur thinking of jenkems, not “Jenkins.” How new to the internet are you
That is incorrect. The street drug you are referring to is “jenkem.” With a name like turd, you should get that correct.
If you throw most of the letters out you can make “hen kin” from her name so she must be related to chickens too.
Jenny’s father is a therapist. That explains A LOT!
5 YEARS IN A CELL WITH BUBBA AND HE WILL GET THE MESSAGE………………….
Only he’s not getting 5 years,,,,he’s being sentenced to 6 months, out in 3 and back to the pool at the country club with Dad.
Say hello to Tiny!
Someone must have forgot to tell the two good Samaritans that stopped this scumbag about rape culture. Because they should have known they were supposed to cheer the kid on, and then get in line for seconds. I mean, my father taught me that when I was 12, every other boy was supposed to get that speech too right?
