We haven’t shamed any able bodied handicapped spot parkers in a while even though a whole bunch of you have sent in submissions. I apologize for that, as we didn’t mean to ignore you. Just things get busy around the turtle offices these days, what with our five million lawsuits, death threats, and expo-zays. But today was a sacred day in the Uncle Turtleboy family – Donut Friday. And I was with my crotch fruits in Worcester when all of a sudden this douchebag shows up.
He had just parked in the only handicapped spot at the business, which is frequented most often by elderly people.
Everyone in there told him he was parked in a handicapped spot, and he just could give a shit less. He said “just one second, just one second.” Then he started asking the woman behind the counter if they sold smoothies. Then he asked more questions about their menu and ordered something.
Newsflash – it’s not OK to park in a handicapped spot even if you’re going in and out. Ever. But this trash goblin was planning on ordering food, waiting for it, and then leaving. In other words, he was doing what 99% of customers at the Donut Express do. This wasn’t an in and out situation.
I lost my cool and told him it’s not OK, and that there are a million open spots in the parking lot less than 20 feet from the door. But again, he just could not care less until I started taking pictures. As soon as I took a picture of him and his vehicle he immediately got into his car and I assumed he was moving it to a legal spot. Instead he just bounced without paying for whatever he ordered.
What a shitbag. Let’s identify him. The license plate number appears to be 8CXB 10, although the last digit is slightly blocked by the Souza-Baranowski window frame. I don’t see how that can be anything but a 0 there. So yea, if we could get a turtle rider to run those plates and send us a name at email@example.com, or by messaging TBNews on Facebook, that would be fantastic. I now have a new urgency to expose more and more of these people because their arrogance, and lack of understanding that what they’re doing is so, so wrong, just amazes me. Our job is not done yet. Don’t disrespect Donut Friday.
