We basically have to run this site like a Bernie Sanders campaign now since we’ve been blacklisted by Google and Facebook, due to the fact that rabid SJWs keep reporting our posts. Getting blacklisted by Google is a death sentence for most websites, since it’s much harder to monetize. And we all know the damage Facebook has done. We’re never going to stop fighting for free speech, but in the meantime the best way for turtle riders to fight back is to donate to the cause. Without you people none of this is possible. A woman was killed this week on Plantation Street near the 290 entrance while riding on a motorcycle:

Her name was Adrianna Colon, and today we received this message from a turtle rider that brought this turtle to tears….

I just feel it necessary to send this: one of your biggest fans was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident Tuesday in Worcester. Adrianna Colon, 31, of the Woo. She was a coworker of mine. We both worked in a local hospital lab. Every time we had a break Turtleboy was on her computer monitor. Always. And she’d drive me nuts: “Hey, read this on Turtleboy. Hey, read that on Turtleboy. Check out this douchebag story.” I’ll miss her tremendously, and I’ll miss hearing words like “guttermuppet, douchenozzle” buzzing in my left ear. Every time I read TB, I’ll hear her words

Oh man, this one hurts. God, this is so humbling. It really makes what we do every day worth it. I’m so happy that we can bring a little joy every day to people like Adrianna. I’ve never personally met her, but she sounds like she was a great person. Just read her bio in Masslive to understand the kind of people turtle riders are:

Addy, a single mother raising her 15-year-old son, Victor, worked as a lab technician and was attending Quinsigamond Community College for nursing. That was Addy, Nilsa said. She was always growing and always improving.

“With her, I never had to tell her to do better,” said Nilsa. “She was always doing better.” 

Addy cherished her son. She helped her mother, Millie, whenever needed. She had two other sisters in addition to Nilsa. Even though Addy was younger, she taught Nilsa lessons about life. The sisters would bond over motherhood or the hard work it takes to get through school. Nilsa just received her criminal justice degree from Worcester State University. 

This is a woman who had a child at the age of 16. The odds were against her. Instead of sitting on her ass and collecting a check she worked during the day while taking nursing classes. She refused to be a statistic. She held herself to a higher standard. She wanted more out of life.

She was also very attractive, as are most turtle riders.

We obviously wanted to do something to help her family get through this horrible period in their lives so we’re sharing her GoFundMe here.

But for you bikers there is also a fundraiser ride in her honor on Saturday:

Kerri Fitzgerald, who used to ride with a group that Colon also rode with, is setting up a memorial ride Saturday for Colon. People are being asked to donate $20 if they want to join the ride with either their cars or motorcycles. Fitzgerald told MassLive all of the proceeds from the ride will be given to the Colon’s family to help with funeral arrangements. Friends will also be collecting money for the family at Smokey Joe’s Cigar Bar Thursday night at the 371 Park Ave. location in Worcester at 7:30 p.m. The benefit ride will begin at noon on Saturday. People will gather at Sheldon’s Harley-Davidson located at 914 Southbridge St. in Auburn. The ride will end at the Quabbin Reservoir.

Since she was a Turtleboy fan we’d also like to donate some turtle gear, maybe for some people at the ride or something. We could drop them off at Sheldon’s Harley-Davidson before the ride on Saturday. If you’re involved in organizing this please email turtleboysports@gmail.com so we can figure out how to proceed.
