Jennie Chenkin, the Hampshire College social justice warrior who wrote this hilarious 2,000 word email demanding an apology for heckling three conservative speakers at UMass, and who also threatened to sue Turtleboy Sports for screenshotting things she wrote on Facebook,
is up to her old tricks.
Hampshire College has a lawyer on staff named Joanna Olin who attempted to EMAIL us a cease and desist notice because we hurt Jennie’s feelings. Obviously we laughed at her and blogged about how stupid the lawyer was. But after being written about in Barstool Sports, the Blaze, and Breitbart, Jennie hasn’t figured out that if she just stops talking then this will all go away.
But instead of taking our advice she has elected to keep doing what she’s been doing, because that’s worked out so well for her thus far. She began to write a paper documenting her horrific experience at the hands of the Internet, and she proudly bragged about the process:
Then yesterday she announced that she would be meeting with an attorney to talk about the big lawsuit against Turtleboy and Kasey Dillan, the girl who taped Trigglypuff whom Jennie is also suing:

Oh sweet Jesus. You don’t know what to do?? Hey Jennie, maybe you should do what everyone with a brain has told you to do since day one – stop talking. Or don’t. This material is priceless. You were literally just told by a person who went to law school, passed the bar, and would gladly take your money if the claim had any merit, that you are in the wrong and should drop it. But yet here you are still confused as to what you should do.
How did this poor girl get accepted into college? Did they have to draw pretty rainbows as part of the entrance exam? Or did they just have to make up a PC buzzword in order to get accepted?
And as usual, this social justice warrior has been doing what SJW’s are trained to do – make themselves the victim:

What’s sad is that here she is claiming to be mentally ill and harboring suicidal thoughts on Twitter. Where is her school to offer her psychological help. She needs to see doctors. But instead Hampshire College and other bastions of SJW intolerance have used them as pawns in their never ending game of silencing speech they don’t agree with. Adults who should know better created people like Jennie, and there is a special place in hell for them.

Like so many people today she completely misunderstands her right to privacy and how it pertains to constitutional law. This is not unlike many ACLU lawyers or citizens in the US. They get their understanding of the issue from misleading blogs and social media posts. If someone walks around in public, everyone has the right to link at them or photograph them. They have ZERO expectation of privacy. The neighbor, the police…anyone can video tape them, or photograph them. If you post something on Facebook that is available to the public anyone can look at it, therefore they can photograph or screenshot the image. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy. In fact when you protest or “post” something you are saying “LOOK AT ME, READ MY POST, I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY.”
That person is actually actively seeking the attention of the public. To believe that somehow no one should be able look at or reproduce that post is absurd.

Honestly there are those who deserve an ass kicking for being a dipshit and then there is this girl. If you look at her picture she looks like a very confused, depressed, angry, hates everybody kind of person that, to me, takes it to another level. She needs some kind of help. I’m not sure what kind because I am not a medical professional like some on here pretend to be. Especially with me but I laugh.
She is way too young to seemingly be on the edge of the cliff like this and she appears to be very serious about it all. I kid around a lot on here (I know too much) and stir up shit with the SJW crowd but seriously I crack up laughing. This girl I don’t know. Look at her eyes.
