Last month Judge Timothy Feeley out of Essex County let career criminal, drug dealing, violent felon John Williams out on just $5,000 bail, despite being arrested with unregistered guns, and the fact that the had just crashed while driving impaired. He had actually lowered the bail from $7,500, which another hack judge had previously lowered. As a result John Williams was free to continue his life as a drug fueled violent felon when he inevitably murdered Officer Eugene Cole in Maine.

You would assume that Judge Feeley would’ve learned his lesson since he literally got a cop killed due to his “easy on crime” policy, and naive belief that violent offenders like this will not offend again.

But wait until you see what he did yesterday….

SourceA Peabody man found with more than half an ounce of heroin hidden in a secret compartment of his Volvo three years ago won’t have to serve time in prison after pleading guilty to charges of drug possession with intent to distribute.  That’s because, a Salem Superior Court judge reasoned on Tuesday, Manuel Soto-Vittini was just trying to support his family, and was not an addict himself.

“This was basically a money crime,” Judge Timothy Feeley concluded, rejecting a prosecutor’s request for one to three years in state prison.

Instead, Feeley imposed two years of probation on Soto-Vittini, 32, whose address was listed in court papers as 50 Warren St., Peabody.

“This was not a drug addict who was dealing to fund his own addiction,” Feeley said, “but rather, a person who made some terrible judgments and decisions, but made them for what he thought was in the best interest of his family.”

He said he considered that a mitigating factor.

Are you fucking kidding me? He let a HEROIN DEALER off during an opiate epidemic with no time in jail because he was selling poison to vulnerable people in order to provide for his family??? This man kills people and profits off of it. He is pure evil. But it’s cool, because he’s using it to buy his kids Lunchables and shit. Never mind the fact that this piece of shit probably doesn’t report an income, and thus we already send his useless ass a check every month, courtesy of the taxpayers.

Here’s a picture from the drug dealer’s Facebook page of his kid:

Peep the shoes. Kid’s wearing Jordan’s!! Because….of course he’s wearing Jordan’s!! Paid for by the demise of vulnerable people, many of whom are now dead from buying heroin off his sperm donor. Really struggling indeed!

Oh, and it’s because he’s NOT an addict that he gets to stay out of the can. Wait….what? If he was an addict then they could blame it on him just funding his “disease.” But this guy is too much of a pussy to sample the shit he sells, and for that he is apparently virtuous now.

This is just….unreal.

But wait, it gets worse….

Feeley also said he was taking into account the possible immigration consequences Soto-Vittini faces as a result of the conviction — an issue his attorney, Eduardo Masferrer, had raised in a sentencing memorandum filed before Tuesday’s hearing. Prosecutor Kristen Buxton argued the sentence takes into account none of the factors judges typically consider in sentencing.

“Now the court exercises its discretion to help him avoid deportation,” said Buxton, who also told the judge she “could not disagree more” with the judge’s rationale.

Great!! This is who we should be protecting from deportation – HEROIN DEALERS!!

This waste of space was appointed by Deval Patrick of course, because this is the overriding philosophy of SJWs – criminals are inherently good people. They’re just going through a rough time, so if we throw some money at them via social programs, we can fix them. In the mean time they won’t reoffend or hurt anyone else.

Look, I don’t care about deporting the cleaning lady who’s been here for 20 years and is keeping her nose clean. We can have that debate later. But this? This is one we should ALL agree on. He’s a fucking HEROIN DEALER!!! You have the perfect excuse to deport him, and you’re not because his kid with Jordan’s would miss the drug money too much!!

The worst part is that he got off with no jail specifically BECAUSE he might get deported if he does get jail time. Basically what the judge is saying is that if he were just a regular ol’ American, he might’ve been inclined to imprison him, because Americans don’t get deported.

Meanwhile, check out his Facebook friends with either the last name Soto or Vittini:

He’s got tons of family in the Salem area. He’s also got tons of family in the Dominican. He can go back there and be around people he knows. It will be OK. Of course a quick glance through his pictures and those of his relatives reveals that none of them seem to speak a lick of English. This is clearly the type of immigrant we want in our society. Drug dealers who are resistant to assimilating.

Stop the ride. I want off.

It also wasn’t just a one time thing either….

“This was not a one-time incident,” said Buxton, noting police reports that suggested Soto-Vittini was making near-daily drug deals. “It’s clear … he was in the ongoing business of dealing heroin,” the prosecutor said. Soto-Vittini was arrested by Salem police in June 2015 after detectives received information about suspected drug dealing taking place in the area of Aborn and Bow streets, two side streets off Boston Street. On June 11, detectives were conducting surveillance in the area when they saw Soto-Vittini’s black Volvo pull up alongside a Honda sedan. As Detective Eric Connolly approached, the Volvo began backing up.

Soto-Vittini was ordered to stop at gunpoint. He and the driver of the Honda were both arrested. The woman allegedly had been making daily purchases of heroin from Soto-Vittini, which she would then bring back to an apartment house in Beverly and share with others living there, according to a police report.

Daily!! He sold heroin to this broad daily!! She then brought it back to her crackden in Beverly where her and all the roommates slowly killed themselves before finding new ways to steal from people so they could pay this shitbag more money tomorrow. Totally a one time thing.

And just like he did with John Williams, Judge Jagoff lowered the bail a previous judge had set….

After getting a search warrant, Salem police found two hidden compartments in the Volvo, one in the center console and the other behind the climate control panel. The compartments contained more than 40 small bags of heroin. Police also found two small bags of cocaine. The amount of heroin initially reported was more than one ounce. As a result, a district court judge set bail at $100,000. That amount was later reduced to $35,000 by a superior court judge, and it was posted 10 days after Soto-Vittini’s arrest. It was later further reduced.

Oh good, he can afford to pay a $35,000 bail. He must be living paycheck to paycheck, as can be seen by his kid’s Jordan’s. Gee whiz, I wonder how they came up with the cash that quickly. It’s almost like this dude is a major heroin dealer who has stashes of tax-free cash sitting in his Section 8 apartment.

The defense attorney played the judge like a fiddle too….

Masferrer suggested to the judge that Soto-Vittini, who is originally from the Dominican Republic but who had legal permanent resident status, is still in jeopardy of deportation, something he argued would be “catastrophic.” He included letters from Soto-Vittini’s longtime girlfriend, with whom he has two children, and his mother. And he argued that his client had no significant record.

Who gives a shit if it’s catastrophic to him? Fuck his feelings. He should’ve thought about his family before he started destroying other families. Ya know what’s catastrophic? Heroin addiction. If you’re in danger of being deported, you should probably try NOT selling heroin. Or just get married to the American you impregnated. Nah, that’s not how you keep it real dog. Better knock her up so you can use your fuck trophy anchor babies to guilt a judge into keeping you out of prison.

Here’s an idea – if the doesn’t wanna be separated from his family, then they can go with him. I heard the DR is nice this time of year. Oh wait, the government there doesn’t throw taxpayer money at you if you don’t work and they probably lock up drug dealers.

Not coincidentally he also comes from a family of HEROIN DEALERS:

Soto-Vittini’s brother, Michael Soto-Vittini, of Salem, was sentenced in an unrelated case to serve 18 months of a 2 1/2 year jail term by a Gloucester District Court judge following his own arrest on heroin distribution charges in that city back in July, 2015.

Good. These are the kind of people we want to make sure are free to roam the streets of Peabody. Nice going Judge Jagoff!

This judge has plenty of Google trophies himself. Like that time he released a man charged with serial sexual abuser out on bail, after another judge denied him, because he needed to run his business:

A Salem home improvement contractor described by one judge as a “serial sexual abuser” was released yesterday by a different judge.  Daniel D. Beauvais, 48, was indicted last month on charges that he repeatedly sexually abused a 12-year-old girl during visits to his Eden Street home. He allegedly told the child that he was applying medication to areas on her body.

Following his arrest in June, prosecutors presented evidence of prior allegations, including a 2000 indecent assault and battery case that was continued without a finding and later investigations of complaints that did not lead to charges in 2008, 2011, 2012 and last year.  Salem District Court Judge Robert Brennan concluded that Beauvais poses a danger not only to the child in the case in which he’s been charged, but to other children, if released.

But yesterday morning, after his mother, Shirley Beauvais posted $100 bail, Beauvais was fitted with a GPS bracelet and released from Salem Superior Court, two weeks after a new judge concluded that the bracelet and other conditions would be adequate protection for the victim and the public.  Salem Superior Court Judge Timothy Feeley made the ruling following an Aug. 26 hearing where he agreed with prosecutors that Beauvais poses a danger.

Yes, you read that correctly. He agreed that the guy posed a danger. But he released him anyway as long as he stayed away from the victim, and live with his mother in Salem:

While prosecutors wanted Beauvais to remain in custody, Feeley concluded that the GPS bracelet, a 7 p.m. curfew, an order that he stay away from the victim, her family and other witnesses, and stay entirely out of the state of New Hampshire and the Massachusetts border communities from Newburyport to Haverhill, would protect her and other children. The judge also required that Beauvais live with his mother at 10 Fort Ave. in Salem, and that he refrain from “excessive use of alcohol.”

Oh good, because there’s no children who live in Salem. And as a home improvement contractor he would NEVER come in contact with other people’s kids either.

The reasoning of course was very similar to his reasoning for letting John Williams and this Peabody drug dealer out….

The judge’s decision means Beauvais can return to running his home improvement contracting business. His attorney had argued that keeping Beauvais in custody was throwing his employees out of work and would also affect customers.

They need to make money, and they can’t in jail. Since when is it the role of the courts to make sure criminal defendants have the ability to profit? These aren’t people arrested for jaywalking. These are major HEROIN dealers, serial child molesters, and drug fueled cop killers.

Of course two years later the serial child predator was back in jail because to the surprise of no one he illegally tried to threaten and intimidate witnesses in his case.

Then there was the time last year when the Gloucester Times editorial board called out Judge Jagoff for sparing two women out of jail after they stole people’s credit cards and bought $160,000 worth of high end merchandise:

The prosecutor sought a sentence of three to four years in state prison for Acosta, who has a history of similar crimes in Arkansas and West Virginia. But Judge Timothy Feeley, convinced that the pair was part of a larger fraud ring, decided both women would receive suspended jail terms of 2 1/2 years, to be served only if they violate the terms of their probation. Nor would they have to pay restitution.

I mean, what planet is this assbag living on? He apparently thinks criminals are genuinely good people, who will appreciate his mercy and live a clean life after that. Of course the rest of us living in reality knows that you cannot fix these people. They are a disease and they need to be put away. He has the law behind him, and the ability to protect victims and give them justice. But instead he sides with the animals time and time again.

The fact that this guy gets to remain a judge is everything that is wrong with our criminal justice system. Unfortunately there’s no way to remove them. Perhaps we should change that, and start voting these assholes in. Because their “activism” really just endangers the rest of us.

I would love to see Judge Judy do commentary when judges are citing their reasons for decisions like this. Even money says she’d have a stroke while doing so.

Delusional Judge Feelz needs a mental health evaluation. He is an absolute disgrace.
These dangerously lenient judges should be held accountable for the deaths of every murdered cop, overdose victim, child molestation victim, murdered spouse, etc. who has died as a DIRECT RESULT of their blatantly detrimental decisions.
If you are incapable of deducing who is a real danger to society, and unable to control your catastrophic SJW urges from influencing your decisions, no way you should EVER be allowed to get a judgeship. NEVER.
It is nauseatingly inappropriate and needs to change.

This judge is proof Trump Derangement Syndrome is real. Yeah, he’s a liberal activist idiot Deval Patrick appointee, but every time a judge in Mass issues a ruling that favors illegal immigrants you just know that they are blatantly trying to stick it to Trump and the deplorables.

It’s classic tribalism. Us vs them. A liberal judge sees his people in court so he does what he can to get them back to their criminal activities. If it were a productive member of society in for something trivial he would maximize the penalty for whatever the offense happened to be rationalizing that successful people can afford it.

This is almost as bad as the head of sales from New England Compounding Center getting total immunity for his questionable testimoney in the murder of 80 patients by meningitis. How can you direct salespeople to commit felonies and then play mickey the dunce on the stand when asked about cadden and then get immunity for BS.

Here’s the demographics from the judge’s town of residence.

The racial makeup of the town was 97.6% White, 0.4% Black or African American, 0.1% Native American, 1.0% Asian, >0.1% Pacific Islander, 0.2% from other races, and 0.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.9% of the population.

You are obviously not partial when it come to race judge!

Most likely. They all live in rich no crime areas in some sort of fantasy-land. That’s the reason they don’t understand criminality. Because they don’t have to see or deal with it. We need some street smart people as judges.

The legacy of voting for liberal Democrats is the damage that occurs once they leave office. Yes, Judge nominations. You see, Deval is long gone. But the limpwristed Judges he put on the bench serve until they retire. Same as that traitorous community organizer we elected President. Supreme Court Justices and Federal Judges who linger decades after the chief executive leaves office. Tired of the same ‘ol, same ‘ol ? Here’s a hint : stop electing liberal Democrats ! I personally wouldn’t vote for a Democrat for County Dog Catcher given the recent extreme leftist bent the Democrats have embraced. Do you enjoy getting fucked in the ass? Personally, I think the majority of Massachusetts voters are masochists. They complain about getting taxed into poverty….but still reelect the same folks who are fucking them. Insane.
As for Judge Cuntiness….I hope and pray Karma visits this prick. I hope a family member of his overdoses !
