You’d think Emily Cicconi would’ve learned her lesson, but it appears as if she’s been up to her old tricks….
When police went to the third crash, involving two cars just before 4 a.m. Friday, one driver told police the second driver had run from the scene. That first driver, who was not charged, told police he had a green light, and was taking a left from the Interstate 495 off-ramp when he was struck by a car driving west on Medway Road. Police determined 22-year-old Emily Cicconi was involved in a previous car crash using a car owned by the same person who owned the car missing a driver in Friday’s crash.
When officers arrived at Cicconi’s 1 Eugene Circle home in Milford, she told them she had been sleeping, according to the report, and denied being in a crash. Police brought the other driver to the house, and he identified Cicconi, saying he was 80 percent sure she was the driver who fled. Cicconi was summonsed and charged with driving a car after her license had been suspended for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of property damage, and failure to stop or yield.
It’s only a matter of time until this cuntsicle kills someone. This is the same chick who drove drunk and nearly killed a cop ON HER 21ST BIRTHDAY!! Do you understand what an alcoholic you have to be to insist on driving on your 21st birthday? It’s like the one night in your life when it’s guaranteed someone will drive you around. Not this skag though. She genuinely enjoys the challenge of driving under the influence.
Oh and she wasn’t even arrested, just summonsed. Since she fled the scene of the crime she won’t get a DUI either, but it was 4 AM on a Friday, so you do the math. Basically she was rewarded by fleeing the scene.

“Cicconi was very (adamant) about driving her vehicle away. It should be noted her vehicle was completely totaled with all the airbags deployed,” Dinis wrote. “As she spoke, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from her facial area. She also had red, bloodshot, glassy eyes. When she spoke her speech was slow, thick and slurred.”
She had a billion drugs and fireworks in the car….
In the car, police found several open and full alcohol nip bottles; a 30-megagram oxycodone pill; and a large amount of an unidentified drug, the report states. Authorities also seized 22 large bottle rockets and one fountain-style firework that Cicconi told police the pair intended to ignite, according to the report. During an interview with a Massachusetts State Police drug recognition officer, Cicconi said she “took as many drugs as she could this past week” and takes up to 10 grams of cocaine a night when she is able to obtain it.
“She also stated that (she) used cocaine this morning and smokes a lot of weed,” Dinis wrote.
And this is now her 3rd DUI in the last year….
Cicconi has a pending case in Worcester that alleges she drove with a .17 blood alcohol content level on her 21st birthday before crashing her vehicle last year, prosecutors said. In a Milford case filed in June 2017, she faces charges of leaving the scene of property damage; failing to stop/yield; and failing to yield at an intersection after police said she crashed into another vehicle at the intersections of Dilla and West streets. Cicconi is a lifelong Milford resident and attends weekly counseling for attention-deficit disorder, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, Schulman said.
She WILL kill someone. It’s only a matter of time. She cannot be trusted not to drive a car. She evidently lives with her parents, who seem to be unable to put their dangerous whore of a child on a leash. So if they can’t control her then she should sit in a jail cell. Because…fuck her rights. Our rights as citizens to live should outweigh her right to bail. She’s a clear and present danger and should never, ever be allowed to see the light of the day until she’s fixed.

Not making excuses for this train wreck 21 year old. Stimulants have the opposite mental effect on people with strong to severe ADHD.
