Sentinel and Enterprise: A Winchendon man in whose car police found 30 small bags of heroin apparently sought leniency by claiming no one has ever overdosed on his drugs because he doesn’t cut it with Fentanyl, police said. Jason A. Kilfoyle, 32, of 710 Spring St. in Winchendon was pulled over for driving over the speed limit on Townsend Street Monday at around 6:18 p.m., according to a police report of his arrest. Police at the scene noticed a black folding knife in the center console “next to the shifter,” according to the report.
After police asked Kilfoyle to step out of his 2016 Black Chevy Malibu, an officer saw a “tightly wrapped glassine baggie” filled with 9 grams of heroin that was weighed out into 30 individually wrapped bags, according to the report. When questioned about the drugs, Kilfoyle reportedly told police he forgot they were in the car, and that he would have tossed them out the window if he had remembered.
“You win some, you lose some,” Kilfoyle told police, according to the report.
“He then told me that no one has every Overdosed (sic) from his heroin because he doesn’t cut it with Fentanyl like everyone else does,” the arresting officer wrote in the report.
Two flip phones and $2,812 cash in $20 bill denominations were also recovered from the car, which was impounded, according to court documents.
Another one of Winchentucky’s finest going pro in something besides sports. So he’s down 30 bags of heroin, $3,000 and was arrested for being a drug dealer during an opiate epidemic. Win some, lose some. Of course by winning he means having enough cash to get breakfast at Denny’s. And by lose some he means “made it onto Turtleboy.” Dude is just pushing so much weight that he can poo-poo a hit like this. I mean, he’s selling so much H he didn’t even realize he had it in the car. And obviously things are going great as you can tell from the fact that it’s 2017 and he had two flip phones on him.
Look, you can say what you want about Jason Kilfoyle. Call him a lowlife drug dealer, make fun of the fact that he was living with his mother at age 30, or poke fun at the fact that his peach fuzzed bootleg goatee makes his chin look like an inflated nutsack with a hernia. But don’t you dare say that his heroin has ever caused an overdose. He’s not like the other drug dealers. He’s a cool drug dealer. No cutting with fentanyl for him!!
His girlfriend is going all free my boi on the Sentinel’s Facebook page:
FACKS!! Just because the Sentinel copy and pasted text from a police report signed by the arresting officers doesn’t mean it’s real news.
Sam Aldred seems like a real winner too:
Gadzooks!! It’s the Real Housewives of Winchentucky!! Safe to say that once Jason Kilfoyle gets bailed out of jail his punani thermometer is in for the ride of its life.
Oh, and she’s a recovering addict too:
Luckily the drug dealer she’s currently blowing doesn’t cause overdoses, so she’s in good hands.
Keep doing you Winchendon. Keep doing you.

In writing, when you write down the words of someone else, you have to give them their credit. There should be a rule, that makes the writer separate the actual facts that are what the story should be based on, and to keep the writers’ opinions and assumptions, to the comments section, like everyone else. I could easily see how someone might mistake , ” Luckily the drug dealer she’s currently blowing doesn’t cause overdoses, so she’s in good hands.” that statement as part of the story’s facts, that are supposed to be reported. You know little about this woman, and what you know, isn’t enough for you to logically conclude, and then, publicize a notion that this woman is little more than a bag whore.
Did you mean whore-bag? and how do you know she isn’t blowing him?
Keep in mind this isn’t news reporting it’s an opinion blog on news stories.
You do have a point, any one of these people might have some wonderful qualities in person but the point of the story isn’t their best singing or painting skills but the worst of their actions.
Personally I love her smile and her face and hair are very pretty but defending a heroin dealer over shadows her beauty. Although I would love to look down and see her happy face slurping on my mansicle. 🙂
The chick ain’t bad looking. She’d probably fuck you for a couple of percocets.
That dude made me laugh though. He would have tossed the drugs put of the window if he’d remembered they were in the car. Classic!
Well done Wabbitt was thinking the same about his comment.
“You can trust me, I’m not like all the others!”

Most of us would mop the floor with you but we’re adults and not criminals we don’t go around fighting other people, fighting is for adolescents, criminals and junkies like you. You will kick your own ass maybe even kill yourself, given enough time. Ba bye junkie 🙂
Execute all drug dealers and you will solve the drug problem. There is so much more to the damage caused by drugs, other than when one overdoses. A lot of people are killed during the manufacture, transport, and sale of illegal drugs.
There’s not much you can do with the existing heroin addicts because there is no cure. Methadone is just a substitute, and you are still unreliable and unresponsible, which means you probably cannot hold a job and will steal from others. Efforts should be spend on prevention.
To make a judgement against ALL addicts, are irresponsible, can’t hold jobs, will ateal from you… that seems a little unfair and honestly prejudice. You my be perfect, I mean to make such an open judgment like that…
I stand by my initial statement. Obviously, you’ve never worked with someone on drugs, which is why respectable companies now require drug tests.
And a drug user will rob you to support their habit. That’s because they are addicted.
I didn’t say execute drug users. I said execute all drug dealers.
Independent Thinker is absolutely correct.
I say all substance abusers are liars and irresponsible assholes. Drugs are never going away, dealers are never going away. Most addicts never get better, back and forth, “clean” then relapsing. You never know the truth, they never tell the truth, they kill people in car accidents and in every step of the process like Independent Thinker said.
Drugs are only becoming more powerful and lethal, laws don’t stop drugs, heroin is more available than alcohol or cigarettes. The war on drugs will be won when people stop using drugs. Legalizing drugs like heroin is foolish, everywhere marijuana is legal it is also available illegally, legalization only creates a dual system with increased use of the drug across the board. The one benefit is small time users are no longer clogging up the court system or getting a criminal record for a mild drug.
If you want to legalize heroin and everything else, go for it. I’ll stay home for the first 6 months. Until the users and mayhem die-off. No joke there considering legalizing heroin in Oregon or some place.
A small percentage of addicts change and stay clean which I fully support, there are only 2 options, stop using or die and most won’t stop using, leaving option number 2.
Yup. Spot on.
Had a girlfriend for a while who was an addict behind my back. When I met her, I thought she was just a bit “slow”, but basically seemed like a good person. I knew she had a pot conviction from when she was 18, but she claimed she “learned her lesson”.
She could never hold down a job, had the motivation of a slug. Her house was a pigsty, because she lacked the motivation to clean it.
Finally, I “woke up” when I accidentally found a bottle of suboxone she stashed in her car when I was looking for an item of mine.
Addicts are the same as drunks. Once a drunk, always a drunk. Once an addict, always an addict. There’s something in their brain that is short-circuited — like fat people have a short-circuit addicting them to sugar, ice cream and chocolate.
Sorry, addicts aren’t worth it. Maybe there’s 1 in 100, or 2 in 100, who actually clean up their act. But even they’ll tell you its always a struggle from day to day.
It is not worth immersing yourself in that culture by being involved with anyone in that culture. It will just suck the life out of you, and you’ll end up wasting years of your life for nothing, on someone who simply isn’t worth it.
Been there, done that.
I’m with you. Legalize it all. Let them all kill themselves off. It’ll be worth it in the long run for society to eliminate the scum from the gene pool, even if there is some short-term pain.
Once an addict always an addict bullshit how about cigarettes that’s an addiction and people give that up for good
“$2,812 cash in $20 bill denominations ”
Umm, how many times does 20 go into 2812 evenly?
140.6 bags of “good” heroin sold by this guy… Count them $20’s man..
i nominate him for Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize!
I’m a 35 year old man and my favorite part about this blog was the mean girls reference.
If your boyfriend is a drug dealer, there’s a good chance you get your drugs
from him. This guy is a complete, total waste of life. He’s been in trouble since he
was 20. Still lives with his parents, his dad owns a contractor company.
Certainly won’t ever be getting my business.
