Here’s all the background information I could dig up:
Brian’s D.O.B. is May 27th, 1995. He’s lived in The Bronx, N.Y and at 505 Comstock Ave in
Syracuse, NY. His most recent address is listed as 349 Howard Street in Lawrence MA but he has other random addresses in Manchester N.H., Acton, Lynn and North Andover, MA. He graduated from Lawrence High and had a one year blip at Syracuse University. He’s was arrested in 2012 for stealing a car in Lawrence. Apparently he and his bois were nabbed in North Andover after they were spotted driving around blaring music at 3 a.m. He was arrested again in 2014 for smashing the windows out of a mail delivery truck on Howard Street in the Lawrence neighborhood he was living in. Apparently some young neighborhood kids ratted him out when questioned by police because even children know a grade A piece of gutter-garbage when they see one. Clearly this scabwagon was off to a solid start in life.
On Monday evening in Lynn, Brito drove up on and forced the vehicle of deliveryman Sina Zangiband to the side of the road, blocking him from being able to leave. He got out of his car, walked up to Sina’s window and shot him multiple times, killing him instantly. Then he got back into his car and fled the scene. An off duty firefighter and other witnesses were able to catch his N.H. license plate number and call the police.
After he took off, Brian drove 20 miles to North Andover where he stopped at a Richdale convenience store on Chickering road. He ordered the lone female clerk to lock the door behind them and took her into a back room where he raped her. He took $500.00 from behind the counter along with some scratch tickets and THIS is what he told the victim before he left:
“Thank you for making this easy. I had to kill someone today that made it hard. I’m going to leave you some money.”
YOU GET THAT? UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE! Just the thought of those words coming out of his revolting facehole makes me want to lay down in front of traffic on 495.
After leaving the store his car was located by Mass state police on Route 1 in Peabody. Officers were tipped off from the NAPD that there was a BOLO alert for someone matching his description with the same make/model vehicle he was driving. State police matched his clothing and backpack to store surveillance footage and located a ski mask, gloves, 9 mm handgun and ammunition inside of his silver Audi.
Now before I get into the sheer rage I have boiling inside of me, I want you all to get a good idea of the kind of person we’re dealing with. Incredibly, his Facebook profile is still up and most of his pictures and posts are public. I invite all of you to log on and publicly shame him to your hearts content because this piece of shit deserves everything he has coming his way. Check him out:

Brian is a murderer, rapist, thief who has zero regard for his actions. Suicide is a touchy subject but murder in cold blood is perfectly fine. Race baiting is acceptable. A young Lawrence student’s death is something to mourn but taking the life of an innocent 24 year old man is something you do on a whim.
Now while attending his trial, his defense attorney Rebecca Whitehall requested that Brian remain “out of view to deter witness identifications tainted by viewing news reports.” While in the courtroom he was allowed to remain hidden behind a door and while exiting the courthouse, was photographed with a hood and towel over his face.

How is this acceptable!? The people who would be identifying him in court don’t need to see him on the news or any other form of media to know that it’s him, never mind the fact that all of the supporting evidence against him is rock solid. Do you think that the woman he forcefully defiled isn’t going to recognize him? I’m sure his face has haunted her every thought since the second he walked into the store that night. Why the FUCK are we protecting this sorry excuse for a human being? His face should be everywhere. EVERYWHERE! He should be judged and publicly shamed as much as possible for what he did. This guy killed a man who was beloved by everyone he came into contact with. There are parents, siblings friends, cousins and coworkers who’s lives are utterly destroyed with no explanation as to why or any sense of closure. Because of him there is a young woman who will forever be emotionally and mentally scarred by what he did to her. She will likely never fully recover from what happened. She will NEVER be the same.
You know who doesn’t get to hide their faces? His victims. The photos of Sina Zangiband and his grieving family have been posted on every major news channel and website for days as they share their grief and come forward to speak of the young man taken in a senseless act of violence. The woman assaulted in the small, tight knit community of North Andover is known by many, many people in town. She doesn’t get to hide her face. THOSE are the people who should be handled with care and be shown sympathy. This father now has to bury his child just shy of his 25th birthday but we are accommodating a murderer by protecting his privacy and letting him fly under the radar? NO. FUCKING. WAY.
I hope this bottom dweller never, ever sees the light of day. I hope that the bogus “road rage” scenario they’re trying to spin gets laughed at by every single person following this story. I am banking on the peanut gallery to chime in with their mental health diagnoses per usual and I can’t wait to roll my eyes at them. If Brian has some sort of mental health issues then shame on his parents, teachers and peers for not recognizing and addressing it sooner. I’m tired of people killing eachother and nobody wanting to give credit where credit is due. Clearly this scumbag has a history of ratchet delusions of grandeur. It’s a shame that while throwing his life away he had to ruin the lives of so many in the process. If only town stoning were still common practice..

i’d like to add after he raped the store clerk he had went to Lawrence and saw me and my friend parked on the side of the street and decided to pull down his face mask and shoot me in the face I ended up bleeding to death at 19 years old and being med flighted to Boston and brought back to life I’m blind in my right eye and I just wanna add to this article please because this piece of scum needs to burn in hell and I’m absolutely fucked in the head. I think that he been in Richdale convenience store in North Andover before or he must of know somehow girl working there.., in his head he prob knew there was goin to be a girl working there and he thought it was going to be easy to do robbery and rape at the same time
I live 2 minutes from that Richdales and go there practically everyday. I’m pretty sure I know which girl that is as I had a friendly relationship with her and we would talk every time I went in there. She is the nicest, sweetest kid. I’m horrified by this news and can’t believe that this piece of shit did that to her

I pray the federal government takes over this case (1st trial for murder), which they can as he is charged with first degree murder with a firearm…if the feds take the case, it can be a death penalty case. The state can then opt to charge him in the 2nd trial for rape, kidnapping and theft.
The victims family needs to advocate for the federal death penalty case. The living victim of this monster may want to avoid a trial, especially if he is sentenced to death…though, if she wants to see him found guilty of the horrific crime he committed against her, she too would have to advocate for the 2nd trial.
This is the perfect scenario for a Federal death penalty case!

I agree that this “man” (I use the term “man” lightly as I don’t believe he is human), however, should they have allowed his face, it could taint witness identification as well as taint the jury pool.
His face was allowed to be hidden ONLY so there will be NO ISSUES of witness identification and no jury issues that could allow him a retrial once convicted at HIS first two trials (1st trial, for murder; 2nd trial, for kidnapping, rape, and theft).
Yes, I would love his face to be plastered everywhere when thinking as a layperson. However, the judge in this case DID make the right call. I certainly DO NOT want tax money to go for any kind of retrial he may benefit from in the future because another attorney argues that witness identification and jury pools were tainted.
I wish this was not a State case as Massachusetts does not have the death penalty, I pray they find a way to make it a Federal case, where he can in fact, be sentenced to death. He doesn’t deserve to breathe the same air as his living victims.

Praying the Commonwealth of Massachusetts steps aside to allow the federal government to try this case as a death penalty case, which they can and should under one of the federal death penalty statutes:
– 18 U.S.C. 924(i) Murder committed by the use of a firearm during a crime of violence or a drug-trafficking crime;
– 18 U.S.C. 1111 First-degree murder.
The family of the young man murdered will hopefully force this case to go through the federal system in order for it to be tried as a death penalty case. I for one would never want to be part of this man’s defense counsel, however, this is America and he is allowed the right to competent counsel.
There are a plethora of attorneys who will refuse or recuse themselves as counsel in his second trial, for rape among many other charges, due to the “violent crime against a woman.” However, if he is sentenced to death in his first trial for murder in the 1st degree, the second State trial may never see the light of day. That may be a good thing for the woman involved in the 2nd trial or she may feel as though her traumatic experience was nullified without the 2nd trial.
There is so much at stake, for both the murdered victims family and the living victim.

So. whether you like it, or not, when it comes to killing outside of their own race, whites are twice as likely to be killed by blacks than the other way around. But you can’t make the same likelihood statement mixing populations without taking into total populations.
Random person A should have random interactions with 2 black people for every 10 white people. If there is an equal probability that that person murders one of those people he/she interacted with, then white people will more likely be the victim regardless if its white-on-white or black-on-white.
This case appears to be random (victim did not know the assailant) so this holds. Of course, the vast majority of murders are committed by someone the victim knew and you’re more likely to have friends/relatives of the same race.
I understand that the average person will encounter more white people. But it still doesn’t matter and my statement stands. Blacks killed outside of their race at twice that of whites when murders occurred between those two segments. If your
methodology was the case, and each segment of the population committed the same percentage of murders on average, you would have whites committing 5x the amount of murders as that of blacks as a whole, but we don’t. Blacks didn’t commit 20% of total murders between those two races, it’s more like 50%. Of the 5700 or so murders committed, about 5400 were committed by whites and blacks, in about equal numbers, about 2700 per. Why is that? Whites killed whites 93% of the time, while blacks killed blacks 85% of the time when you look at those two races. Asserting that people killing each other purely on chance encounters based on their population numbers doesn’t work any way you slice it because the other races would be killing far more whites than members of their own race, and that’s not the case. See what I mean now?
The numbers for “other race” or “unknown” that killed whites was 87, blacks killed were 57 and 126 amongst themselves . So, 270 murders, 32% whites killed, 21% blacks and 47% amongst that set.

Not only does this drive local revenue and reduce tax burdens, but also eliminates the needs for other social costs involving prisons that cost upwards of 90k per year per inmate to secure, house, feed, etc. Rehabilitation is impossible for non-humans, so why keep throwing money into a pit?
