Today we bring you a much more cheerful, yet tear jerking followup on this story.

This is one of the greatest acts of kindness I’ve ever seen. Seriously, kudos to the police for not only investigating the murder and bringing her alleged killer to justice, but for not forgetting about the kid and helping him get through this unimaginable tragedy. The kid wants to grow up to be a cop now too. It’s so unfair that he has to grow up without his mother, and it’s equally unfair that his grandparents now have to fill the role of parents because some shitbag took their daughter from them. But stories like this remind you about the good that humanity has to offer. These are the stories that the mainstream media won’t report on because it doesn’t fit their agenda.
P.S. I found the one queef who complained about police resources being wasted on this.
