See this? This is the story that Shaun King isn’t sharing on his Facebook page. This is the story that black lives matter terrorists will ignore. A police department in which an officer was assassinated at this time last year by a shithead at a traffic stop, once again finds themselves in a situation where a dangerous felon with a gun does something that EASILY would’ve justified lighting his ass up. He refused to remove his hands from his pockets. He had weapons in his car which he repeatedly tried to get back into. He resisted arrested. He did not respond to the taser. The world would be a safer place if he was shot.

But instead they put themselves and the general public at risk by getting into a high speed chase with him on the highway. What if this asshole, who clearly has no regard for human life, had killed someone by smashing into them? I don’t blame the cops for not shooting him. I blame a society in which cops are constantly second guessed every time they are forced to use their firearm.

Look, it’s pretty simple – if you don’t do what a cop tells you to do, you run the risk of getting shot. This is basic shit you learn when you’re five years old. If you fight with them, your chances of getting shot drastically increase. This isn’t brain surgery. It’s common sense. Too many of these choads think following a police officer’s orders is merely a suggestion. Totally optional. And 99% of the people that BLM rallies around were resisting arrest, willfully disobeying orders, or actively trying to enact harm on a police officer.

And check out his defense:

“He said he fled the scene because he knew he was in trouble and wanted to see his children again,” Stacer told the court. Mitchell’s defense attorney, Lynne Martin, also said her client was scared as the incident unfolded. “I think that the police officers frightened him more than the other way around,” she said. “He did panic.”

Translation – the media convinced me that all these cops will try to kill me because I’m black. Therefore it’s my right to resist arrest, or at the very least run for my life.

Hey here’s an idea – he was scared of the cops because he knew they would arrest him. Ya know, because he had drugs and guns on him. Nah, that can’t be it. He probably figured they’d shoot him for no reason.

And why wouldn’t he use this defense? Just last year the Massachusetts State Judicial Supreme Court ruled that black men are allowed to run from the cops because they have a legitimate reason to fear for their lives. This is not hyperbole. It happened in real life:

“We do not eliminate flight as a factor in the reasonable suspicion analysis whenever a black male is the subject of an investigatory stop. However, in such circumstances, flight is not necessarily probative of a suspect’s state of mind or consciousness of guilt. Rather, the finding that black males in Boston are disproportionately and repeatedly targeted for FIO [Field Interrogation and Observation] encounters suggests a reason for flight totally unrelated to consciousness of guilt. Such an individual, when approached by the police, might just as easily be motivated by the desire to avoid the recurring indignity of being racially profiled as by the desire to hide criminal activity. Given this reality for black males in the city of Boston, a judge should, in appropriate cases, consider the report’s findings in weighing flight as a factor in the reasonable suspicion calculus.”

It’s an insane world we’re living in folks. This guy is probably just gonna end up getting a couple paddles with the wooden spoon before he heads home and sues the state for giving him a boo-boo.
