This story is insane:

Sneaky fucking Russians man. This chick needs to be Putin timeout.
I’ll be here all night folks.
Apparently on June 27 there were 10 different families at this house with all their shit, planning on moving in that day:
And they all found each other and formed a little support group:
Apparently she’s pulled this scam all over, including New Jersey
Unfortunately for Alla the Ukraine is weak and her scam has fallen apart. Doesn’t seem like a scam that’s built to last. Ya know, because eventually it will all come crashing down when people realize you’re not a landlord and there’s no place for them to live. It’s not like the cops aren’t gonna find this cheesehog either, especially considering the fact that she was apparently living in this building prior to that.
Here’s my question – is the real landlord in on this? Because according to Internet speculation the landlord Ukrainian too, and a lot of the things she did sound shady:
Just sayin, I generally assume anyone east of Poland is trying to scam me at all times.
A lot of people are pointing out that it was dumb to pay these scam artists money without researching them first. But from the sounds of it these people actually met the alleged landlord who had a key to the place and showed them around the apartment. What more would you need to see? I dunno, I haven’t rented in like, 10 years. But when I did I generally met up with the landlord at the property, got a quick tour, and then sent them first and last month’s rent. This could’ve easily happened to anyone.
She’s also recently been busted for shoplifting over $250 worth of merch from Sears:
Oh, and she’s also got a Hawaiian condo scam going too:
Judge Bethzaida Sanabria-Vega set bail at $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety for the alleged scheme, but also revoked bail on an earlier Chicopee District Court case because Bryukhovych failed to show up for a scheduled hearing. In that case, she allegedly took money to rent a condo in Hawaii for an acquaintance but did not provide the condo. Police said further investigation showed Bryukhovych had also been arrested in March by Chicopee police and charged with larceny over $250 for a similar scam where she is being accused of taking more than $2,600 from an acquaintance and in turn promised her lodging, a rental car and entertainment cards for a Hawaiian vacation.
In court records, the victim said Bryukhovych claimed her father had a condo in Maui and offered to rent it. The victim agreed and also paid her additional money for the entertainment cards and to book a rental car. When the victim arrived in Hawaii, Bryukhovych phoned her and told her the condo was not available, according to court records. She told the victim she booked her a hotel and a rental car and paid for it. The victim found out that Bryukhovych did book both but paid for neither and the entertainment cards did not exist, court records said.
This chick is easily the most ruthless scam artist we’ve ever blogged about, and she’s only 21. It’s in her blood. It’s literally the only thing she knows how to do.
But honestly, it’s not really surprising at all, when you see how much her last name is lacking in vowels. Look, I don’t mean to stereotype, but it’s just common sense that you can’t trust Ukrainians or Russians. That’s just science. Call me racist or xenophobic all you want. But you know it’s true. Lying is part of the Russian culture. We’re talking about a country of people who got their news from Pravda and believe that Obama shot down the Malaysia Airlines flight over the Ukraine. I’m not even shitting you. Go to Moscow and poll 10 people on the streets. Every single one of them will tell you we did that. Six of them will laugh at you for asking such a stupidly obvious question.
Here’s my question – is this broad here legally? I feel like if here name was Martinez this would be the first question everyone with a confederate flag profile picture would be asking. But how do you skip from place to place like this, leaving a trail of destruction behind you, if you’re a documented citizen? Sure, we could find out very easily with a little background search. But this is a sanctuary state, so God knows we wouldn’t want to deport such a quality individual like this. After all, people like Alla are what makes this country great!!
